Title: Public Relations Intern

Internship Overview

You will be part of the NEVENA team, working closely with the marketing and business operation teams. 

• Prepare business plans
• Plan, organise, coordinate day to day tasks and bigger projects
• Analyse management needs
• Communicate effectively in group meetings and through presentations
• Set goals and objectives
• Write and edit press releases and reports
• Ensure the showroom is always kept tidy, attend meetings and fitting when required
• Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests
• Carry out research about several topics and present findings
• Deal with incoming emails, post and correspond on behalf of Nevena

Qualifications/Requirements 

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor degree from a Business field. The applicant should have previous experience in PR and be familiar with general administrative responsibilities, outreaching to investors, and writing reports. Additionally, the perfect candidate would initiate projects, multitask and learn on the job as part of a fast paced firm. 

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to multi task and manage time effectively
• An understanding of reaching out to investors
• An interest in all forms of media
• Extremely hard-working and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Highly adept with MS Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
